Unable to connect

Hello, using window xp pro sp3, i just upgraded to the newest version of Poker Tracker and now i get this error when i try to long on. I did total uninstall Postgre as per the instructions located on the PT3 website.

Here is the error: Poker Tracker was unable to connect to any PostgreSQL databases.
Please make sure you have PostgreSQL running.

i have confirmed that all the right postgreSQL is running via the Task manager.
After i click ok, it just lock on the Poker Tracker 3 logo.

Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.

Thanks for the quick reply,

when i did try that, Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, it just gives me the same error and locks up?

The log file should still be generated - please attach it to a support ticket as directed in the linked tutorial.
