Have a glitch

I'm using the trial PokerTracker and suddenly hit a glitch. Somewhere in the database is info that I won $20K on a $1 MTT. Sadly, this is not the case. Is there some way to figure out where this entry is and fix it? Or delete it? Or do something so that my general stats are not completely off?

Is it possible to access the database?

On the Tournaments --> Tournaments tab, click the Amount Won column - that will sort the report by Amount Won. You should see your "big win" at the very top. Note the Tourney #. With Auto Import stopped, then click Tournaments --> Enter Holdem Results. Locate that tournament by Tourney # (again you can click that column to sort by it). Click on that tournament, and in the Results tab below click on yourself and edit the Amount Won on the right and click Save. That will update your information.

If you have the original hand histories that imported improperly, please also send them to us via the support system so that we can investigate what caused the error and get it resolved permanently.

Thanks so much!! Got the results corrected. I wish I could say "whew" -- but wish it had been true. :)

The tourney was one of the new Multi-Entry Tourneys at Full Tilt. I had 3 entries. Apparently the format got the program really confused. I checked the other METs that I had played and the program had issues each time... mostly in regards to the multiple buy-ins. Obviously, it's not set up to deal with multiple entries yet. That should give you an idea regarding the glitch.

I see that OPR is dealing with these as, essentially, multiple tournaments. That is, same tourney number, same number of total entries, but each entry is tracked separately.

We are treating them as rebuys at the moment - support has been added in our latest beta release (3.09.2), and will continue to be improved. They should be labeled separately as METs so that you can filter for them, as well.
