hey,

just having a few problems.
Ive set up PostgreSGL and have been using pokertracker fine for the last few months but recently when i try to open up PT3 it will not let me.
It says "

Unable to connect to PostgreSQL database: PT3_2011_03_11_172137
Reason: Unable to login to database (PT3_2011_03_11_172137). Reason: could not connect to server: No such file or directory Is the server running locally and accepting connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

That indicates that either your PostgreSQL server is not running, or PT3 can't connect to it.

The first thing to do is reboot, as that can often get the PostgreSQL service running again.
Also check our Firewall Guide.

If you're still having problems please describe your setup,as I guess you're not just running Windows?
