OK so after having this connection object problem and resetting and opening ports and stuff the problem stopped happening but now on my Details tab i have 0 hands !!! i can look thru all the details for all the players in my database and all the tabs for all the players AND all the tabs for myself EXCEPT 'details' and everything looks fine, but when i start up pokerstars my HUD has started fresh on all the players !! none of the stats in my database appear !! WHAT THE HELL ! i have tried 'manual import' from my pokertracker directory and it didnt do shit.
how the heck do i get my stats back into the HUD ? how do i get my OWN stats back in pokertracker ???
not happy.

OK so somehow the filter option had changed or something, i had never clicked on it before but i did and selected 'pokerstars' and suddenly all the details are there again.
but my HUD stats are still not there. this is obviously a big god damn problem just by itself. how do i get the HUD to show all my stats instead of starting fresh on everyone ???

When you stop Auto Import the hand history files are moved to the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder (
Tutorial: Using Auto Import) so that they do not have to be re-read next time.
To make sure you're seeing all of your hands click Clear to remove any filters (as it sounds like you've done).
What version of PostgreSQL do you have? See Database > Database Management.
If it's 8.3.x but not at least 8.3.9 then you should update -
Directions here.
If you still don't see the correct figures run Database > Housekeeping with ReIndex and Rebuild Cache.
Also check the
FAQ: PT3 HUD for solutions to common HUD issues.
If you're still having trouble after that please
report your problem so that we can see your log files.

my version is 8.3.9
i now have new problems. when i clear the filter i get 0 hands in all player entries in the 'general' section.
when i then try to add the PokerStars and stakes filters, the whole damn program freezes up. AAAAH !

freezing problem resolved with a reboot, i can now see my stats properly in pokertracker but my HUD is still only showing hands i've seen/played today. no solution apparent in HUD FAQ.

Hands displayed on you personally are always session-only. This is by design to show you what others at the table might think of your play from the session that you're both in together.

mate its the stats on all the other players that isnt showing up. i have played 15000 hands and suddenly all the players ive played against have exactly as many hands in their HUD as i have played with them - today. the hands are showing up on top of the existing data in pokertrackers but not in the HUDs.
