Hey guys,

Haven't played online poker or used my PT3 for 4 weeks and when I try to get on the other day, I get this box: 'configure PostgreSQL database'. Tried everything unsuccessfully. tried clicking connect to existing database and all that + keep getting error messages about not being able to connect to my default database. Tried starting postgresql manually via 'services.msc' but get error msg: 'Error 1053: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion'.

Often that kind of thing is caused by a firewall or anti-virus preventing PostgreSQL running properly so please check out Firewall Guide.
