Hi,
Im using windows 7.
I have uninstalled PT3 and then PosgreSQL. I have followed this manual (http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT ... greSQL.pdf) so i uninstalled postgreSQL, deleted service account and deleted C:/Program Files/PosgreSQL directory.
Then when installing i had problem running "Secondary logon"service but i did this: "Click Start, type in Services.msc and hit enter. In the window that appears, locate the Secondary Logon service from the list and right click it and click Properties. Set it to startup type Automatic and Start the service. The installer should then complete normally."
Then when installing i got message "Failed to run initdb :1! Please see the logfile....."
Logfile says: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
Then i was trying to search about this kind of problems but couldt find anything so now i need help.

Marius

In that case, please attach that full log file to a support ticket so that we can investigate for you further.
