what's wrong my postgreSQL

I have buy the part of NL,not buy OMAHA.Recently,i play PLO with free PT3.
but my PT3 always say:
Access violation (1) (Flags:0;Address 0x0060169b;EIP:0x0060169B)(Line#1012)
every second show it. PT3 can useļ¼but run slowly ,slowly.
i used version 3.10.
how can i do ?
