Moving database

Hi,
I've got a new laptop, done the windows transfer files and settings thing(on home network) got all my Docs and Jpegs transferred. Gone from XP to Win7 (64bit). Downloaded PT3 to the new laptop. Have to set it all up again.
How do I move my postgres database from the old laptop to the new one???.
The new installation has a different database number to the old one.
I am currently a losing player so I guess I could just start a new database however I am loathe to lose all the data I have on other players.
Any suggestions?

You can transfer your database(s) and any custom stats/reports/etc using the Backup/Restore function.
