Try the password 'postgrespass'. If PostgreSQL was installed by another tracker that could be the default.
Was PostgreSQL installed by PT3 or did you already have it installed?
Is there anything else unusual about your PostgreSQL installation?
Do you have PostgreSQL in the services list?
Click Start and type services.msc. Do you see PostgreSQL? Is it started? Can you start it?
