I have downloaded PT3 and after that PostgreSQL.
When I come to where to typet the pass PostgreSQL will not accept my pass. I tried dbpass and my own pass. PostgreSQL told that the pass is wrong.

I have uninstalled PostgreSQL and the installed again. Same thing happens.

What am I doing wrong? And how do I fix it?

If you have done a partial uninstall you will need to fully uninstall and re-install. Please follow the guide in the Documentation. It is important to follow the directions and fully uninstall, otherwise the re-install won't work properly.
