PostgreSQL 8.2 uninstall

Just checking, I have started playing again and see that I have 8.2 version. I see instructions for uninstalling 8.3 and install 8.4 something...do I follow the same instructions as 8.3...which is the version I want to install?

The instructions should be pretty much identical to the 8.2 uninstall instructions. 8.2 does not work properly with PT3 and so you will need to upgrade.
