2 day into the trial and still not working

not used any of it yet stupid programm say i need permision to start tried the direct download from postgre had to set up a password done that start poker traker fails with my password and yours what a waste of my time new machine too so thats not the problem turend off anti virus and firewall still no joy deleted old patgre files still no joy on my old pc all i want to do is run leak buster it worked on my old pc with no problems but it wasnt your software that i used 2 days wasted in my trail so far

If you already have PostgreSQL installed because you used another tracker try the password "postgrespass".

However, if you have partially uninstalled or removed PostgreSQL you may need to fully uninstall and reinstall it.
In that case please follow the directions here.

ok deleted it with add/remove programs then went to the main file and deleted that run a registry cleaner cccleaner started PT4 but same problem message says failed to start make sure i have privalages which i do so im stuck again
can u help?

You will need to fully uninstall PostgreSQL as described in the guides I linked - there is more to it than you have done. If you follow the steps in the guides it will fully remove PostgreSQL so that you can then install it.
If installing fresh we recommend 9.0 because 9.1 and 9.2 are still pretty knew and are known to have problems which affect PT4.

still same thing says i dont have sufficient privalages another day gone on my trail :(
i am logged as admin its s fresh install of windows prof also

Did you follow all the steps of the uninstall guide, including the "net user postgres /delete" part? Did everything succeed?
Can you post a screenshot of the error you're getting?
