Got a new laptop with windows 8 64 bit.

Installed PT4 and PostreSQL and had an error.
Uninstalled everything and tried again, couldn't access PostreSQL.
Followed guide on this forum to properly uninstall and install 64 bit PostreSQL.
After installing got an error saying could not finish last step of install, cannot initialize but it says it was installed and finished.
It is not listed in my services.

Need help!

Fixed: Had to make a PostgreSQL file in C:/ root and install there. After no errors occurred.

I bought Poker Tracker 4. PT4 was established, and PostgreSQL started being established and gives out Pokertracker a window "The PostgreSQL installer did not complete successfully". I have an OS Window 7 HB. what to do?
