PokerTracker

i want to install postgresql on a diffrent harddrive, so i downloaded http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/binary/v8.3.1/win32/.
the installation is a little bit complex, i have no clue what options i should chose. can anyone give me a step by step tutorial?

edit: and can you please make an option in the pokertracker installer, where you want to be postgresql to be installed? its retarded and annoying that it installs sql to the c: drive without asking

I understand that this option is in the commercial release..
