Cant install PostgreSQL

I cant install Postgre I keep getting this error message

Did you make changes to your system so that the Windows TEMP folder is in a different place, or on a different drive?
Is your C: drive (or the other drive if you moved TEMP) nearly full?
Try freeing up some space and see if you can install then?

If you're not sure where your TEMP folder is open a command prompt (click Start and type 'cmd' and run 'cmd.exe') and type 'echo %TEMP%' and tell us what the output is?

I cant seem to locate the proper file in the list of files.

Click in the top left bar type %temp% and hit enter -- where does it go?

That looks pretty normal. Can you create new files there?

I was able to install Postgresql manually. When I try to open poker tracker I get a fatal error. I sent the error messgae
