I'm using windows XP and when I try to install the SQL it says, "use main MSI file to install".

What do I need to do here?

Is there a reason you are installing postgres manually?
If you don't have it installed already, just download/install the PT3 with postgres version.
Otherwise, it sounds like maybe you're running the wrong file in the postgres install. Make sure you read the installation instructions carefully.

I downloaded PT3 with PostgresSQL and when I get to the Configure PostgreSQL window I click connect it says, "Unable to conncect to this database. Please check the configuration"

Then if i click on "Need Postgre Installed? Click here" that is when I get the "Please use main MSI file to install Postgre" message

i have the same problem....
