During the process of installing SQL, about 75% through I get the message:

" User 'postgres' could not be created.
Password is too short or not complex enough."

Before retrying, I entered in a new password for the user 'postgres', and still I got the same message.

How do I get through this error?

Is this installing pt3 with postgresql, or are you installing postgresql by itself? i get the same error. the quick start guide did not address this issue. I am installing a fresh copy of PT3 (no prior install of PT) with PostgreSQL.

If you see

there should be a button offering to create a password for you - let it.
