PostgreSQL help its tilting me bad

K i had this installed and working but rebooted my computer the other day now when i go to log on to pt3 it wont work so i delete it all and try to start again, it wont let me install PostgreSQL, 1st it says user name already excists so i try a diffrent one and it says access denind, ive searched and searched can cant figure it out ive tried the cmd command thing it wount let me use the option use as admistrator so i just click the use as admistrator when i right click it cant find protgres I have vista, i have PT3 downloaded i have postgresql-8.2 downloaded now what?

Hit the windows key, type 'cmd' and then press ctrl+shift+enter this will give you a command prompt as Administrator. Then type "net user postgres /delete". This will delete the PostgreSQL user. Then you should be able to reinstall normally.

Please read through the Postgres FAQ, particularly the bit about completely uninstalling postgres.

The newest version of PT 3 seems to have just fixed it i deleted it all again got the newest version with Postgre and it works. 2 days ive been at this.
