POSTGres inststall erorr

I just bought pt3 and tried installing PostGres3. I am getting the error message.
Execution of command 'net user postgres /delete 'failed (error 2: the system cannot find the file specified.)

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If you are trying to install postgres, why are you running that command?

Did you download the PT3 with postgres version? If you do that it should install with little input from you.

that is just the error message i get whenever i try to install postgresql with Poker Tracker.
and yes i did download the Pokertracker with Postgresql

That's very strange. I don't understand why PT would be trying to do that, but I'll see if I can get an answer for you..

Are you running the installer as administrator?
Are you on vista?

if it helps. i had poker tracker along with postgresql installed previously (I wanted to get familiar with the free trial). I uninstalled it and a week later (yesterday) i purchased it, and whileinstalling postgresql i came upon the error message.

Ah, that would explain it.
There was no need to uninstall.
Please see this topic for details of how to fully uninstall postgres, then just download and install PT3 WITH postgres again.
