unable to begin feeder import process?????

Hello,

i have a question and i would love some help on solving it.

Since today i get this message when i start pt3.

2008/06/16 20:51:19: Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unable to login to database (PT3 DB). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

I have no idea what has happend, pt3 used to work fine for me. Anyone has an idea?

please never mind, with restarting my pc and postgresql database the problem was solved... no idea what just happend...
