Problem Converting Access -> PostgreSQL

I installed PostgreSQL, ODBC driver, set up the password and everything, but in PT2 when I try to convert from access to postgreSQL i get this error.

Anyone know whats going on. Im pretty computer literate but i cant figure this out anyhow.

Reinstalled, restarted comp, works now :)
