PostgreSQL 8,2

Hi!
I'm a Vista user, so I wanted to install postgreSQL 8,2 and then download the without Postgre version of PT3. When I start installing Postgre an error message pops up at in like one second. It says:
"Error reading from file
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp2_postgresql-8.2.7-1.zip\postgresqk-8.2-int.msi.
Verfify that the file exists and that you can access it.

make sure you run it as an administrator and have uac off...
