How do I back up my data (database) using the new database system in PT3? In PT2, it was very easy to copy/past the mdb files, but with the new one, I can't even find the database! Thanks.

Postgres does not store databases in a single file.
Backup and restore has not yet been added to PT3 (apart from the option to export your hands from the Database Management screen) but you can do it using Postgres tools. There is a link at the end of the Database / Postgres FAQ.
