So, I suck at at advanced computer stuff, and this is getting frustrating. I get the following error message when I try to create a new PT3 DB

"Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3_2008_02_24_002804
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: server closed the connection unexpectedly This probably means the server terminated abnormally before or while processing the request."

Go Start->Programs->PostgreSQL->Stop Service
Then go Start->Programs->PostgreSQL->Start Service

Which should resolve the problem.
