I want a rolling average of the last X number of hands for VPIP, PFR, and post flop aggression. While searching I've seen mention of the merits of doing this, but I can't find any mention of how to get PT3 to give this info.

Is this for each player, or as a table average?

You can enable the stats from last X hands option (Tutorial: Configuring HUD Options) but this will affect all players' stats, and I'm not sure whether it affects table averages, although I assume it would. This will prevent use of the cache, though, so can adversely affect performance.

Other than that, this is not currently possible.
