is it possible to only display HU stats for those players active in the hand in progress. also any tips useful toold when multi tabling with hud

If you mean in heads up hands showing only data from heads up play you can do that via the Player Ranges option. If you mean showing or changing data based on what is currently happening in the hand, that is not currently possible.
