Color ranges for AFq

Hi guys,
I was wondering what's the best color ranges for a full ring cash game for AFq ?

and what kind of stats would I add? I currently got: VP$IP,Hands,PFR and AFq

What stats are really importend to add? I play Full ring cash games on micro limits

But the stats that will work best for you are the stats that you understand.
