i have been using hud with no problems for about 7months...

But today it said that it is JAN 27TH AND that i required to let poker hud connect to internet to update? it also says its a trial version for only one table which is isnt? its a full version... And it then asks me to register? But i dont have the reg code as i cant get into my hud to get it?

Can anyone help me with this please? i am really lost and rely on hud with my life thesedays. ha.

How do i get it working again why is it saying this as i have paid for it fair and square?

I have found my PA HUD reg code on an old email and the message i got was:

"Your registration needs updated. Please verify that today is January 27th 2009 and allow pokerace hud to connect to the internet in order to update your registration"

What does this date have to do with anything? I thought id paid for hud for life? also i am connected to internet and no update has been, im lost here..

any help would be great thanks

I have the same problem today.

same error msg as above poster. I saved the original email with reg code, copy and pasted it in and still get same error msg. Been using HUD for 4 months, no probs until today.

I have the same problem. First I was told that my registration needed to be updated and I was to verify that today is 27 Jan 2009. Then PA Hus started in trial mode. When I re-entered my registration code I was told that my account had been flagged. I sent a ticket to support about ten hours ago, no answer yet.

I got the same problem. Here is my LogFile.

I've just had word that the registration server has been checked and is running fine, so if you still have problems now please post back.
