Sorry, if I am repeating myself since I am unsure of what was written to you in the support system.

Have you tried disabling 'User Account Control' and then reinstalling PokerAce Hud over-top of your existing installation?

I hadn't tried it but I just did and still the problem is there.

I went back to a restore point on windows (I had to because my computer broke) and now the stats show up fine! Thanks for your help anyway. Also while I have your attention - I'm going to have to format my pc and reinstall windows which means reinstalling ptracker and pahud. Since I've used the registration code twice will it not work a third time if I want to reinstall on the same computer?

That is fine. Use the same registration code and you should not have any issues. You are limited to installing PokerAce Hud on two computers at the same time. You can uninstall/reinstall as many times as needed
