Stats updating slowly/not at all on Full Tilt

Have a problem for the support guys that I could use a bit of help for. For some reason, whenever I have many tables open (I frequently datamine before starting a session), stats don't update for all the tables. Some tables will show only some stats, some will show all of them, and some will show absolutely nothing but N/A under the table averages. These tables do not eventually correct themselves, at least not in a reasonable timeframe (maybe 20 minutes). I have read the Tutorial on Troubleshooting Performance Issues already, nothing really helps. I do have 2 fairly large PostgreSQL databases, but this problem has only begun recently (with the new update) and I am always sure to keep the cache updated as well as vacuum/analyze my databases.

I have Standard Drawing and Auto-Center enabled, no flicker-free drawing. I am ready to create a logfile, but before I do that I need to ask: This problem happens almost exclusively when I open quite a number of tables, but not a smaller amount (6 or less seems to do fine 90% of the time, but once I get to 8+ it starts to get shaky, and 16 is just begging for about 6 of them not to update). So do I take the log with only one table open as suggested still, or do I try to recreate the problem by opening the same amount of tables as before? Thanks!

EDIT: Just thought I'd mention as well that I posted before in another thread saying this problem was fixed, but it seems this is no longer the case.

Try downloading and installing a free program called CCleaner[/urlc0v]. Run this program and it will clean all of the junk/temporary files from your computer to ensure that Windows is running at peak performance. It is completely safe to run and remove any files that are found.

See if this helps with any performance issues that you may be experiencing.

Best regards,

Derek

I caught this advice in the other thread and I tried it. It seemed to work at first, but I'm having the same problems again after I open too many tables. I've run it again, and now there's nothing. I've tried once again updating my cache, and it helps a little but there are still problems.

OK, enable logging, open Full Tilt, play 30+ hands on a 'single' table then send me the PAHud.log file via the Support system[/url2d0] so that I can troubleshoot the issue.

Two quick questions: Do I need to participate in the hands or just watch them, and the problem only really comes up with multiple tables, so do you still want me to do one?

To save time, I will follow your instructions verbatim (one table and I will participate), so this way if that is what you want, you'll already have it, and if not I can just create another log.

Yes, please send me 30+ hands of you playing on a 'single' table regardless if the problem only occurs while having multiple tables open.

Best regards,

Derek
