I finally got U.B./Cereus set up and working. Then there was just an update and now I have no player stats.
It is seeing the hands and importing them and I have changed nothing since it was working.
I am using PTv2 and PAH.
I think I have all the pcurrent patches
Version 1.19.10 PAH
And PT versions 2.17.03b.
Is any one else having trouble since the last upgrade

I am using the same versions and hud will display stats for cash games but not for mtt tournaments. I could send a log file but I suspect it is something simple in the settings that I need to set since the last U.B software update. Wondering if there are any solutions to this?

This is a known issue with tournament tables after the Cereus update.
Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

I don't get any player stats on UltimateBet, too.
Could the problem be that I have to import my U.B. hands in PT2 as Absolute Poker hands? Do you have any solution?

Yes, you need to import into PT2 as Absolute - there is a sticky topic about this in the PT2 forums.

Oh I guess I didn't express myself clearly and you misunderstood me, sorry. I do import them in PT2 as Absolute and it works, but I still don't get any stats in PAHud.

I only thought that this might be the reason why it doesn't work, but if everyone imports them as Absolute and it works for them, this shouldn't be the case.

You appear to have only let that run for about 8 seconds.
Please leave it running while you play a session and then attach the log file to a ticket on our Support system before you restart PAH. Please send it via a ticket rather than posting here so that we can see the whole file and go into more detail.
