Hi dears,

my PAH 1.19.10.4 is working fine with one exception:

why PAH doesnt show stats from players with special characters?
per example i do not receive any stats on platform PS from player "ARAÑA....."
is there any solution to settle this problem?

just foundet out:

in PT this player is counted as "ARAÑA......"

Are the hands importing properly into PTv2?

Hi Kraada,

hands were imported in PT2 - where i can see full stats.

its very strange because player ID on PS is "ARAÑA..." while PT2 lists same player as "ARAÑA......"

i think PT2 cant read " Ñ " and shows an " Ñ " instead of it.
this causes that PAH cant show stats to a matching player ID.

can you fix it?

Not me personally but if you create a support ticket for the issue and include a hand or two with that player we'll make sure that the person who can fix it does fix it for you.
