Import/Export Filter Hands

I strongly suggest to make filtering for Import and Export possible. I mean for example one should be able to export Shorthanded-Handhistories ONLY. This could be like in PT2.

Besides it would be nice if I was able to manually assign 2max/6mas/10max categorizations.

This is planned for PokerTracker 3, but has not been implemented as of yet.
