seperate layout files for 6max/FR/tourny types?

I wish there was some way to either edit the layout files like a text document or atleast have a seperate layout file for each type of layout so we can delete just one type to go back to default. for example I'm having crashing problems with my hud playing sng's right now and I don't want to delete my entire layout file and lose like 2 hours of very boring editing to redo my ring layout.

Are you talking about the PT3 HUD? (this is the PAH section)
Further configuration options will be added.
If you want to check whether the default layout helps, you don't need to delete your layouts.pt3 file, you can rename it so that you can re-instate it later.
If you just want to reset one particular type of layout. I'm sorry, but you can't do this yet.
