Save Multiple Layouts depending on # of tables

Hi,
Is there a way to save multiple layouts depending on number of tables open? I.e. I could have 1 saved layout when I'm playing a single table, another saved layout when I'm playing 2 tables, another for 4 tables, etc.
That would be fantastic...

You could save multiple layouts and switch them based on those criteria if you wanted, but PT3 cannot automatically recognize things in that fashion.

Automatically switching isn't necessary...great to hear you can save multiple layouts and switch between them...sorry for the noobish question: how is this done? (I've saved 1 good setup for 4-tabling at this point).

PT Icon --> Change Profile --> Select your new profile from the list.
That drop down is not there unless you have at least two profiles that are available for use.
