How come so many import errors?

Last import there were 19 errors for 10 files. Mostly "error finding the big blind for game #" and "no dealer line found for game #". How can I resolve this?

If this information is missing from the hand histories then PT cannot import the hand. These are not PT issues, it's an issue with the site not writing the hands correctly.

Is there a format I can follow to edit these lines and make them readable?

Look at the hand history text and make it look like one that imported correctly, add the missing information.
