Betfair & PT2

Hi

I found the hand histories, thanks. When I import them I am getting the following error message for each file it tries to import "Unable to get the game level for game # R5-7065458x-xx", so the file data are not appearing in PT2, Is there something I am not doing?

Sorry - they will be using the latest OnGame software which has removed the currency symbol from the hand histories. PT2 will not be able to import these.

v3.07.2 Beta of PT3 works with this new software and there is a 60 day free trial if you want to check it out.
(Again you will need to configure OnGame in PT3, not Betfair.)

Ok thanks for you help with this query I understand PT2 is no longer supported with updates. Are there any special upgrade offers on PT3 for PT2 customers?

Yes there is a discount of $11 for PT2 users, all you need to do is make sure your purchase is linked on your Order History page and then when you add PT3 to your cart the discount will be automatically applied.
