What have you backed up?? Is this an Access or PostgreSQL database?

Open the File > Maintain Database Names window. What is the value in the last field for this database that you purged? It will tell you a folder and file name that is associated with that database.

Close PT.

Go to the folder where that file is stored and there should be a file with the same name except with "_backup" in the file name. Rename the current db file to something else then rename the backup file removing "_backup" from the name. Then run PT again.
