FTP observed hands seem to be imported but I don't see them

FTP observed hands seem to be imported (that is, the Auto-Import window says "18 new hands imported"), but I can't see them when I look through the Ring Game Player Statistics section. Also PokerAce HUD does not bring them up.

The hands at tables where I play also seem to import and I can them.

This worked last week (I think) and is not working today. Any ideas?

Are you importing them into a different database? Click on the Observed Hands tab on the auto-import window, what is the database listed there? If it's not the one you expect, click the "..." button and change it to the right one.
