Trouble with tournament summaries

I have a trouble with PT2 when I import the tournament summaries of FTP: the error message says: "File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from." and the summarie isn't read. I didn't change the summaries file so i don't understend what's the problem.. Please, help me.

What email did you use to purchase PT2? I have no record of this one you used for the site.
