Error finding the big blind on Pacific imports

Postby hallaisen » Tue Dec 23, 2008 4:54 am

Hi

I have the same problem as has been posted by many others. However, looking at the HHs, they should be fine. I am trying to import 6 months worth of HHs , and it only successfully imported the first 13k hands. This is really really annoying, as Ive been looking forward to finally getting my hands into PT (I have PT3 too and have waited forever for Pacific support, but finally gave up and went back to PT2). Here is a HH example:

#Game No : 63023113
***** Pacific Hand History for Game 63023113 *****
$5/$10 Blinds No Limit Hold'em - *** 06 05 17:34:55 2008
Table Antelo (Real Money)
Seat 2 is the button
Total number of players : 2
Seat 2: glivar ( $1000 )
Seat 6: bruno58 ( $1000 )
glivar posts small blind [$5].
bruno58 posts big blind [$10].
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to glivar [ 6c 8d ]
glivar raises [$25].
bruno58 folds.
** Summary **
glivar collected [$40].

What is weird is that in the error log it gives different file names than what they are actually called.
In my HH-directory the files are called eg. "hand_213242423.txt" and not "PCF_57_213242423.txt" as listed in the error message. It seems likely to me that PT is searching for the wrong filenames?

Going through some more HHs I've found quite a few of these:

#Game No : 181396383
***** Pacific Hand History for Game 181396383 *****
** Summary **
glivar posts small blind [$25].
glivar collected [$25].

This is a HH from a hand where a reg comes to my table and sits out to get a new table going. Could this cause any problems with the missing BB info?

** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to glivar [ 10h 2c ]
** Dealing Turn ** [ Ac ]
glivar folds.
** Summary **

Actually, having gone through a lot of my HHs now, I see that almost all of them are messed up. Am I screwed?

The first hand you posted above imports fine, it's the others that have problems. There really isn't anything you can do now since it's the Idleminer software that creates the hand histories, it's not possible to go back and get the correctly formatted hands.
