Database Error

Postby gametight » Wed Dec 24, 2008 12:16 am

Im getting a message saying " A database error has occured" when I try to import hands. It then says no changes made to database, shows the hh, and then shows where the error message was written to the error file. Please help... how do I fix this??

See the FAQ, since you haven't said what the exact error message is I don't know which issue it is, most likely #2

Thank you for the quick response. It was actually the first error. So I renamed my old db file... but how do I "download http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/P ... s/hhdb.mdb in its place"??? What does that mean exactly and how do I do it? Thanks again.

Right-click on the link and select "Save" or "Save As" from the popup menu and save it to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder.

Ok, I did all that. But when I went to download a bunch of hands from a hh text file (from Pokerstars), I keep getting an error that says "not enough memory" Does this mean the db is full still? Did I do something wrong? My computer still has a ton of memory if that helps any.

You need to use the Utilities > File Splitter window to split the files into smaller files and import those instead.
