Help=Rookie question

Hi everyone, I need help:
When I go to Ring Game Player Statistics I get the data from all players (including myself) in Everest and Prima Networks. Nonetheless I dont get the info from Fultilt players (the other site where I play and import the hands I play). I am pretty sure the import is correct as I get real time info in GameTime, therefore I guess the problem is that there is some kind of filter that excludes the info from Fultilt (or something like this). Besides on the top left of the page it says 17515 players-FILTERED. That is why I reckon this could be the reason the info regarding Fultilt is not shown. Any ideas regarding how to be able to see the info regarding Fultilt?
