I cant import OnGame (RedKrings) Hand Histories.

Read the thread above. I have statistics activated in the client, I have the database file etc.
I still get the same error saying there are no hands in the file or the files are not NLH hands.

PT3 does not support OnGame yet. If you're using PT2 - there is a forum for it.

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.01g from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

Are you playing ring games or tourneys here? PT doesn't support tournaments, only ring games.

Are you playing ring games or tournaments???

Open the Statistics > Show Session Browser window from the Ongame lobby window. Do you see the hands you played listed there?

I have similar problem with import from RedKings. At first I get message:
'Done reading database(s), starting import of 4,428 hands... '
after that:
' Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 0 hand(s) were imported.'
And this is what I have in error log display:
' Unable to get the game number(2)...P4-62793476-592 ' <-- 4428 messages like this

How can I fix that?
