PT cant find handhistory mapp on b2b

Hello, im having problems with finding the handhistroy map on redbet(b2b). Im new to windows vista but the problem is that i can find the map through documents then programs, but when i do the same from PT i cant find the map with handhistroy
anyone knows whats wrong ?

Are you running all your poker programs as administrator? See this FAQ

i am running both PT and Redbed as administrator. do you whats wrong ?

Does Vista prompt you to cancel/allow both programs to run every time you try to start them? It should.
Also make sure you don't have any hidden folders.
Right-click on the Start menu and select Explore.
Click on Organize > Folder and Search Options
On the next window, click on the View tab and then check the box that says "Show hidden files and folders" and then click on the "Apply" button.
