Please Help... can't get pokerace hud to work!!!

Hey,

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT YOU GUYS FOR A WHILE, PLEASE HELP ME OUT!! MY AIM IS STARBUCKDUDE IF THAT HELPS AT ALL. I'll be online from 6-10 eastern time on aim.

I play online at FULL TILT.

I downloaded poker tracker and then pokerace. Pokerace hud is what I"m looking to use; I don't care about pokertracker but the pokerace statistics on other people I'm playing with.

That's the link I'm going to use to describe what my problem is.

In the first image, of preferences on pokerace hud it says there should be a folder (under full tilt in program files) C: Program Files/Full Tilt Poker/ hand history. I can't find this hand history folder, but I found one labelled "Higgleop" with data from past tables being posted, so I thought that it just had a differnt name. I add that folder to the list of hand history directory.

But then i open a game and sometimes* I'll see some stats on a few of the players, but not all of them. (Not always, usually I don't see anything at all at the table.)

I also can't go to full tilt and click "options" ---> Hand history

C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\ as the "current location"

But the hand history thing won't get checked off for some reason (Note that I tried the higgleop file thinking it was another name for the same hand-history thing.

I'm looking for a couple things:

1. Where's a good guide on using pokerace hud that I can look at.

2. Can you tell me how to fix this problem?

I believe I've already replied to your support ticket. What email was used to purchase PT2? I have no record of this name/email you used for the site. And if you didn't purchase it, you should not be using PT2/PokerAce, you need to be using PT3. PT2/PokerAce is no longer being sold and PT3 works fine for Full Tilt.

I thought poker tracker 3 didn't work with pokerace hud? Are you saying I can use it with pt3 now, because all i care about is the other players' stats, which is pokerace i think.

PT3 has it's own built in HUD, you don't need PokerAce.
