unable to find hand history

hello
i think i need some help
i am running the latest version 2.17.03f and i run as addministrator as i do also on gametime+
and pokerstars
the trouble is i am not seing hands in pt3
i think somehow that the problem lies with pokerstars thruogh the hand history menu i have the box checked to say that i want the hands saved to the default hand history location but when i open it it is empty
have you any ideas how i can fix this

What program are you having problems with? PT2 or PT3? You mention them both here.
