Hello i format my PC today. I save my database but now i re instal poker tracker 2 or poker tracker 3?

After this, i send you the new product ID from the Help/About Poker Tracker window.

I had a problem. I save 4 files of my old database :
- HHcopy
- hhdb
- ptrack
- ptrack - repair

I inserted this files on my new folder of poker tracker. But i had a bug.

I had re installe a new tracker. But now i had a new ID.

Need it to insert these four files?

If you reinstalled then yes, you need to copy the files over again.

I had post this question when you reply...

You want to allow PT to change your regional settings to English/US at startup (it will change them back when you close PT). If you don't do this you are likely to get import errors or if the data does import the amounts might not be correct.

Last problem

I had no statistique in tournament : sit and go. I had VIP, PF raise etc but my ROI is 0%, amount won 0%.(its for Full tilt poker)

You need to be entering/importing the tournament summary information, see this FAQ
