i think my tracker is full and will no longer import hands without a bunch of error messages popping up one after the other. I just started to play diff limits and want to start from scratch and would like to delete my entire database if possible. Please let me know if you can do something to make this happen. thank you

You can create a new database using the File > Maintain Database Names window. Click the help link at the top right corner of that window for details on creating a new database.
To delete the old one, you would have to manually delete the database file. The name of this file is listed in the last column on the Maintain Database Names window.

You don't open that file, all you do is download it to your hard drive. Right-click on the link, select "Save Link As" or "Save Target As" from the popup menu and tell it to save the file to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder.
