PokerTracker

Playing on Pokerstars and all sessions are being logged as 1 minute. All start and end times are like this: xx/xx/xx 00:00 (x's are actual dates). I have the Pokerstars software time zone set to Pacific and under the "Sessions" tab for the "More Detail" button, I have the option to convert all times to Pacific Time. What am I not setting correctly to get the session time lengths to report correctly?
